This alphabetical list of the Native America's Tribe Names began as a story about a flag of seed beads created by a woman named herein. The story evolved to include wisdoms of our elder brothers and sisters in human forms and then, we began to include Native Tribe Names from sources other than the one flag made of seed beads.

We are seeking a Native American as webmaster of this page, no experience is required. We will teach you how to write the codes, if you have the desire and interest to learn how to webmaster this page so that it honors all Native Americans through their tribe names, and stories as they wish to share.

We are a non-profit charitable and educational organization and we are seeking in house webmasters and programmers who can see the purposes of this very site, and begin bringing it up to stellar beauty and all content is worth reading. Currently, the site is outdated with 'old energies of awareness being described for the purposes of healing them. That phase of our good works on earth are now done, and this page, and our 750+ page website can use a good updating, and our programmer and webmaster can no longer do it all alone.

We are offering to work with you in learning how to be a competent webmaster who knows their stuff.

This is not a job offering, there is no income to you from this endeavor until such time as you learn the simplicities of the language of the web called Hyper Text Markup Language, also known as HTML, spoken as aitch tea emm ell, for short.

If you already know the HTML Language, chances are you know the language called CSS, which is short for Cascading Style Sheets. If you are not familiar with CSS, we will teach you how to write this code, too. Say it as see ess ess, and what CSS does is gives you the codes to beautify the web page, simple as that.

If you want to do this type of learning and workings and you have the heart to help make this very page ever more meaningful and beautiful .. here is your opportunity. We will work with you if you are a beginner and we will work with you if you are a professional .. we have several web properties that require new talent.

After you know CSS and can make use of it, if you want to keep progressing, we will teach you how to write a very powerful language named, jQuery. You say it as jay query. The J stands for another computer langauge that jQuery came from called, Javascript. If you already know these langauages, and you want to progress further, we will share with you how to program in the language named, Ruby. Ruby is written in English, and you can learn it quickly, if you have a mentor who can guide you through the process of programming, and if you have access to the instruction materials. We will provide you with these references, at no cost to you, because the languages we will be sharing with you are what is called Open Source. Open Source means that the programming and educational material is available to one and all at no cost whatsoever, and .. when you really learn your stuff, you can contribute new code and corrections and such to the Open Source materials.

Why are we willing to work with you if you know little or nothing at this point ?

We are seeking the heart far more than the mind. With your heart in these learnings and doings, you will 'go far' as you wish. All from your home, you can learn a new and interesting way of creating and working.

This is not an offer to provide you a job, nor us an employee. Your incomes from this work you will be learning from us will come soon enough, from services you will know how to provide to those who want websites or the maintenance of their site.

Why do we offer this to you at no cost whatsoever to you ? We ask that you begin to webmaster Good Works On Earth's web pages as you can and wish to do at no cost to this non-profit organization. We are inviting you 'in-house' so to speak, and we are willing to teach you what you need to know to do this type of work.

Our only limit at this time is we can only work with you if you are one of five who have the heart for these creatings. You will be creating, in the lights of the internet, with codes. On this page, you can create material on each tribe, and create a new page for each tribe that wants it. There are no charges for those pages by you as we are showing you how to do so. After you know what you are doing, you will know how to earn income, easily enough. If you are brand new to this idea, all we ask is your patience, so we can make sure you know what you are doing as we go along in the sharing of making you a competent webmaster. If this offer is still showing, it means we have not yet found five folks who want to take us up on our offer. Once we have begun to work with our fifth webmaster in training, we will remove this notice.

. . . But Lyons also remembered turning to Leon Shenandoah, chief of the Grand Council of the Six Nations Confederacy. "My chief, he doesn't say much, but I asked and he said, 'They're not taking it serious enough. I don't think they realize what's going to happen to them. What's coming.' Inanna - That the earliest gods and mythical figures of the various cultures are celestial in nature is
easily shown.  The Sumerian goddess Inanna, explicitly identified with the planet Venus already at the
dawn of the historical period (c. 3300 BCE), is a case in point and might well serve as an exemplar for
comparative analysis. Virtually every ancient culture will feature a goddess with notable structural
affinities to Inanna, although the identification with Venus is not always preserved.  The Pawnee Indians
of the American central plains, for example, celebrate the wondrous deeds of the primeval goddess,
cu-piritta-ka, identified with Venus.   It was her union with the warrior-god, u-pirikucu, explicitly
identified with the planet Mars, which signaled the crowning event of Creation.

Sometime after we created the Star Art of AMERICANS as a graphic image of the AMERICANS Flag,
we were privileged to see an artwork created by DORA VAN, [See Note below] President of the Affiliated Ute Citizens,
of the Uintah Band Treaty Tribe of the Uintah & Ouray Indian Reservation of Utah.  Her art is composed of 130,910 seed beads,
and the image created is of the American Flag, and in each part of the flag are the names of four hundred and fifty-six tribes
of Native American Indians and these names are shown by the slight variations of color in the red white and blue of the
American flag.  It is a stunning achievement in beauty.

To honor this sacred work of art of the human heart and hands, and the tribes' names, we list them here, and more ... as we find them.  Yes ... all of the names initially listed above and below were on this flag, as shared on her brochure about this exquisite piece of her art.

[Note of 20060906 : The Register Guard newspaper published an article about this AMERICANS flag art in seed beads.
The story goes the bead art was turned down by the Mayor's Art Show in Eugene, Oregon and so it was shown at the
Salon de Refuses, in Eugene. Someone of import noticed it and put the machinery in motion to have it shown under light
in the Smithsonian Institute, which is where it is now on display. The article also states the art was created by a different
artist name of Jenny "Chapoose" Taylor. Along with the names of tribes and states, the piece contains hidden quotes from
Indian leaders and European colonists. "I started making this with anger and frustration and ended up having hope for unity
between all people in the country and our world. I know we can do anything one bead at a time." Jenny Taylor. Stacy Bierma,
owner of Harlequin Beads and Jewelry in Eugene, which is where we were fortunate enough to have seen this art on display,
says "the piece is a remarkable example of original work performed on a grand scale." Jenny Taylor says her next piece she is now creating will be 267,000 seed beads. Per the article, the native Indians did not work with seed beeds until the Europeans brought them
with them and began trading with them, and they quickly became a common form of adornment. ]

Its appeal is to the material part, and if allowed its way, it will in time disturb one's spiritual balance.
Therefore, children must early learn the beauty of generosity.
They are taught to give what they prize most, that they may taste the happiness of giving."

This is a poor net sample of the test image, which has no streak through Saturn.


Here's an interesting observation on the image for 'Listen in Silent'.  The shape of the mountain top
goes from white convex in the sky to dark concave in the reflection in the pool since the reflection angle
does not show the snow covered top of the mountain in the distance.  This is a Ying-Yang,
feminine-masculine type message in the image.  Note too how the planet Saturn disappears
behind the tree in the reflection as well. Saturn is a very masculine planet and it seems
appropriate that he would disappear in the feminine reflection as well.
