This 'stand down' term is a military term.
It means to come to rest in all ways that are feasible
so that the military is locked down, fingers off triggers,
keys locked in vaults, no weapons on, no warship is
war ready instantly, no warplanes are near war in any way.
That is an ideal idea, and worth working to make real.

On October 12th, there is a peace rally occuring in Baghdad.
The Peace Troubadour has been invited by Saddam Hussein
to shower peace in music and words upon the city, and with
television, radio and the internet which is being provided to
shower this peace show over Mother Earth .... it shall be. On October 10th, we will be giving this Peace Showering in
Baghdad a quantum leap of empowerment by releasing the
full Name Art of the man sitting behind the desk (sometimes)
in the Oval Office ... the man who many say arose as a loser,

This man is evolving ... as we all are ... we ask you, if need be ...
to forgive this man for his crimes against Mother Earth and her
humans in the name of more money, more oil, more power. George Walker Bush is soon to learn ...

In the name of peace, we erase wars ...
In the name of peace, we end ruses .... A ruse is a fake story, a falsehood used to do something else,
unknown by others.  In the word RUSE is this .... SURE RUSE USER USE US
The stories they lie are designed to make use of our emotions ... especially fear.

The actions they take are designed to do the same thing a magician does ...
distract your attention while they make the critical move they need to make
to have the 'magic' happen.

The ruse user will come to rue ..which means to regret the use of, their ruses.
They will see that once they take the lie as their platform ... they must lie more
to keep the appearances of their ruse from sinking into the quicksand of doubts
made real by others.  Notice how the word, VIOLENCES not conceals their LIES.

They come to regret their lies, their ruses, their fakeries, and they come clean.
Or ... the sElf destruct.
Or ... others destroy them to save themsElves.
No one can maintain the lie for long.
No one. Truth may hurt, but ... only after it has been brought to bear up the liar. The truthful never hurt in their hearts.
Nor does the truth hurt the Loving. '

leaflets on the city of Baghdad and other Iraqi military locations telling the
Iraqi military to lay down weapons, and to not stand on the sand.as a soldier.
