We will be sharing our thoughts about the Crafty Syntax Live Help application available as an open source free software.

Play with that name a bit and you will feel it has a life of its own,
   appropriate for a Live Help chat system for your website.

For those curious, the term, FREE SOFTWARE, is accurately defined by the good folks at gnu.org.

For the record, FREE SOFTWARE, is a very accurate term, and it most certainly includes the paying of the developer for the codes.

While the codes are Open Sourced at SourceForge.net, we do recommend your donating mightily to the developer of CraftySyntax LiveHelp.

So far this system has exceeded our expectations on a few items, and despite a few very minor typographical errors in the instructions, we like Crafty Syntax Live Help.

Our server folks asked us to give them our opinion of the system, and so we share that here, as we test the system, we will add our reviews here.

Free free to join in on the use of the Crafty Syntax Live Help system, whether you are a webmaster, programmer, or just enjoying the Star Arts.

After all, that is why we found, and are now testing Crafty Syntax as our Live Help System on our server ... to answer your questions on the Star Arts.

Yes, we can make the recommendation to give this program a try,

if you are a competent webmaster with knowledge of your server settings,

including your POP and SMTP mail settings,

then you should be able to easily add it to your site.

Crafty Syntax does what it promises to do, and our manual update to latest version was easy because their instructions are accurate. Great product and the developer does deserve your support if you use Crafty Syntax.
